By 祝琴本書共分7章。第1章為引言，介紹了本書寫作的目的與意義和主要研究內容，最後給出全文的組織結構；第2章對本書所涉及的資料採擷與知識發現理論做了了較為基礎的概述，重點介紹了聚類分析內容、高維資料的形態和特點，分析了高維資料常用的預處理的方法—維數約減，最後系統概述了目前主要的幾種高維資料聚類分析方法；第3章提出了一種改進的CABOSFV高屬性維稀疏資料聚類演算法。研究分析了經典的高屬性維稀疏資料聚類CABOSFV演算法的不足，提出了融合排序思想的高屬性維稀疏資料聚類演算法；第4章給出了具有高維稀疏特徵的物件—屬性空間的定義，提出了對具有高維稀疏特徵的物件—屬性空間分割的方法識別其子空間的思想，並提出了一種新型的兩階段聯合聚類的演算法，實現對高維稀疏資料的物件維和屬性維進行聚類分割以識別其子空間；第5章提出了物件—屬性邊緣重疊區域的歸屬判斷演算法。研究發現了具有高維稀疏特徵的物件—屬性子空間邊緣可能存在交叉重疊區域現象，設計了物件—屬性子空間交叉重疊區域的歸屬判斷目標函數；第6章提出了高維稀疏物件—屬性子空間優化方法。通過對物件—屬性子空間識別過程的分析，發現了物件屬性取值全為零的子空間，在基礎上給出了非關聯子空間的定義，揭示了非關聯子空間的本質。結合冗餘理論，得出進行高維稀疏象-屬性子空間優化的必要性，並提出剔除非關聯子空間RNASAUBSC演算法。演算法分析了非關聯子空間的兩種來源，並針對這兩種不同來源的非關聯子空間給出了對應的優化方法；第7章為總結與展望部分，總結了本書的研究成果，指出了進一步研究的方向。
