Description
A first collection of poems by one of Australia's most noted surrealist artists. The poems are a selection from those written in conjunction with paintings from 1938 to 1942. Published in conjunction with the National Gallery of Australia as part of its 1993 national touring exhibition TSurrealism in Australia', which also featured works by Picasso and Dali. The introduction is by Christopher Chapman, curator of the Gallery.
