It is a question of public policy. The Supreme Court has decided the public policy of the nation. It has decided that labor shall not have the right to organize even by peaceful persuasion, and the federal and state courts in West Virginia are executing the decision by injunctions. The injunction takes the form of prohibiting organizers and even former employees from persuading employees to break their contracts of employment. The employees enter into a contract With their employer not to join a labor union while employed; and not even, after quitting or being discharged, to persuade other employees to join the union.
