Other major reforms since the 3rd edition include performers¿ moral rights and the resale royalty rights for visual artists. This edition also identifies forthcoming reforms including a national system of consumer protection laws, proposed reforms to plant breeder¿s rights and patent law, and future developments at an international level, notably the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.
