I was a minister's daughter; I always would be. When my father, the minister, along with my family moved away, I was to experience a devastating emotional breakdown. Newly married and without my parents, and the church dictating my belief system, I had no idea who I was. There was, simply put, no me. I suffered depression, unbearable fear, extreme feelings of worthlessness and devastating panic attacks. This book is about how a perfect little girl became a broken woman. This is my story. It is personal and it is raw.
