Description

This report is based on a review of the status of University of Queensland women in a wide range of contexts: as employees, researchers, teachers, learners, leaders and decision makers. It also discusses the complexity of the task, particularly faced by women, of balancing employment and family needs. The recommendations, many of which have already been implemented, aim to promote policies that may reduce the current underrepresentation of women at senior levels within the university.
