An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is core to many businesses today. But, an implementation of the system has to be undertaken in the context of serious business process change. This in turn means change management to deal with all the people, organizational, business method and inevitable dynamic conservatism (i.e. active inertia) issues that have to be tackled to make ERP a success.
