Each volume contains an index of chemical names, CAS Registry Numbers and molecular formulae, and a glossary of biological organisms. An index volume covering all the chemicals included in DOSE is also available. DOSE enables the user to make rapid hazard assessments of chemicals, facilitating risk assessment and further action.
