Witness: Learning to Share Your Christian Faith is a 25-week small-group experience that helps participants understand how to speak of their faith with others. The experience integrates Bible study and reflection with spiritual practices to deepen the faith life of participants. Participants will examine their faith through Bible study and reflection; grow spiritually with others; identify gifts for ministry; and learn how to witness in a natural and effective way to others. The United Methodist Church now includes witness along with prayers, presence, gifts, and service as part of its membership vows. These basic actions are central to Christian discipleship. Witness: Learning to Share Your Christian Faith gives practical insights into this practice. NOTE: A single-volume workbook replaces a previous version of Witness that packaged a workbook and a journal. The previous video is no longer needed to supplement the study therefore it has been removed in this updated version. "Witness is the perfect resource to persuade people that witnessing is a personal (and possible!) faith mission. Using Witness made a statement to the congregation about the importance of faith-sharing. Our members achieved a greater comfort level regarding faith conversations. We will certainly continue to use this resource."--Nancy Tinnell, Associate Pastor, Middletown United Methodist Church, Louisville, Kentucky "Ron Crandall has found a unique and effective way to reinforce one of, if the not the most important, concepts of living the Christian life; we are called to be witnesses to our experiences with Christ."--T.
