The workbook includes self-assessments and excercises to help readers set and achieve goals in all areas of their lives. Also included in the workbook are personal experiences from people in recovery. Pathways to Recovery has been recognized as one of the top 3 recovery resources by the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation & Recovery and is currently being used throughout the U.S. and many other countries.
