Every teacher needs to consider the suitable number of learning hours matter for every student individual learning need in order to avoid any student feels bore or loses learning interest effect. Every teacher needs to consider how to arrange time to teacher students in classroom. For example, in a classroom setting rasing learning interest is required to meet student's intellectual as well as emotional needs, learning interest can never be imposed on an individual by external forces, but every teacher needs to know how to help increase the learner's interest when he/she leaves school, instead of the time that they are learning in classroom.From a psychological point view, Chang ( 1996) explained that the term interest has a two-meaning that involves, first an individual's internal orientation . When he/she expresses the choice of someone or something and, second, the smal difference between interest and motives as both of them are the internal causes of an individual's behavior.It seems that the number hours of learning includes the number hours of home learning to the student as well as the number hours of school learning to the student. It is absolute that any students must need tospend six to eight hours to learn in school per day. So, they will feel tried to go home to learn in possible. Some students can accept to spend only maximum five hours to learn at home or some students can accept to spend only maximum two hours, or one hour to learn after school. So, it seems that there are less number of students can accept to learn more than five hours after school per day. The reasons may include tried, feeling boring to learn, needs entertainment activities, e.g. watching movies, listening music, sporting, meeting friends to play etc. different relax reasons. So, if some students still need to spend longer time to continue learning after school . It maay cause them to lose interest to learn in possible after school.So, every student's number of learning hours acceptance level is different, it depends on how himself/herself external motives is strengthen to increase active learning participation, when it comes to self-learning of time decison and control-oriented. So, too longer learning time won't help any students to raise learning interest in possible. Othwise, it will influence some students lose learning interest in possible.
