Meanwhile, in Lima a revolution is brewing, led by the charismatic Brutii. Unbeknownst to Noah, Titan holds the key to the coup's victory. Brutii has waited two long years for his order to be fulfilled, and now Titan brings the final shipment of smuggled weaponry.
