The text is based on current concepts of leadership, data, and research related to the complexities of leadership.The Fourth edition has been revised to include new elements and ideas around leadership concepts to educate students as well as serve as an outstanding source of reference. This text is a seminal work on the issue of complexity leadership as applied to healthcare.
