Description
Two years ago, Dion Perides lost his little brother, Theos, in a car wreck. The accident did not only steal Theos; Dion was in the car, too, and he almost lost his own life. Hes running the successful Melbourne office when he comes across a newspaper photo of his father holding an infant child. Dion realizes Theos must have had a sonDions nephew, Alexander. He is driven to connect with his lost brothers child, but there is a problem: Alexanders mother, Terri, wants her son to have nothing to do with the Perides family fortuneand possibly nothing to do with his uncle Dion. Terri is a strong, independent woman, and soon Dion finds her brush-offs strangely alluring. Hes charmed by her resolve, and he longs for the possibility of friendship. In some way, Dion feels his closeness to her brings him closer to Theos. However, nothing is simple. Terri has a pasta dark secret that threatens her life, her son, and Dions hope to find a connection to the little brother he lost.
