The cousins discover something startling. They are described in a diary from 450 years in the past! The discovery throws them headlong into their second trip through time. Far in the past, they meet some unusual people. First, they find a small boy who needs love and encouragement to grow into the person he must become. The cousins also must mold Tyson, the Barons son. He cannot become the next Baron St. Croix until he learns humility. Finally, they encounter a very lonely ten year old prince. This young man must learn independence and strength of will as he faces the possibility of becoming the next King of France.
