I hope, through this book, that children will develop a better understanding of their classmates that have special needs. To accept them for the person they are and work to better the relationships between children of different ability levels. We would emphasize that no matter the developmental differences, all children want to have friends, they want to run and play, they want to feel loved, but most of all, they want to pursue the best things life has to offer.
