Five federal agencies fund these services: The Admin. on Aging (AoA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS); and the Depts. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Transportation (DOT), and Agriculture (USDA).
