Love hurts when it makes you cry. Being in love, staying in love, long lasting love and broken love are all portrayed in Love Defined. Some of the poetry is from personal experiences and others are from observations. Love is a feeling that changes everything about you and makes you stronger or breaks you down to where you don't even recognize the person staring back in the mirror. I have seen love; from a couple that holds on to each other in a VA hospital, trying to hold on to love as long as they can, to a couple that realized that love is not enough to feed their needs and desires. However, there is a big difference between love and lust. Lust gives you a reason to get together. Love gives you a reason to stay together.
