There is one thing that every person on the face of this earth must have in order to succeed, and that is a plan. I would dare say that plans are constantly running through our minds. We have plans for when we retire, plans for tomorrow, plans for supper, a plan for when to wake up, and a plan for when to lie down. Our lives are filled, consumed and overflow with plans. If we are not married, we have a plan to one day be married. If we ever desire to take a trip, we must plan the trip. In other words, our lives consist of plans. Did you know that if you are a Christian, God has a distinct plan for you? In all honesty, we must admit that this plan which God has for us has at one time run through our minds. However, every time we thought about the plan we would immediately come up with mental excuses: There is no way I can do that; I do not have the resources to accomplish that; it is impossible; it cannot be done. We have so many excuses we talk ourselves out of it. Yet God would not ask of us something He would not provide for. What if we were to put our fears aside and make a decision that whatever happens, we are going to do what God has been calling us to do? If that is done, then we turn fear into faith. Our Bible actually says, "Without faith, it is impossible to please God." Anytime faith is awakened fear must leave. Our plans begin with a dream. This is exactly what we are about to embark upon. God has birthed within every person who calls themselves a Christian a dream, a purpose, and He gives us a plan to pursue it. The most evident person I can think of in the Bible who dreamed about their future was Joseph, the son of Jacob. The story actually begins with Joseph telling his brothers about a dream he had. The second person he told was his father Jacob. One can imagine telling your brothers about a dream you had of them bowing down before you. It may make them a little irritated at you. Telling your father the same dream would probably disturb him too,
