Also included as a bonus story is his short "Mistress", which was first published in Erotic Fantasy: Tales of the Paranormal. Together, these stories play with the reader's sense of perception and reality under the weight of stress and fear in unfamiliar surroundings as the main characters are forced to deal with situations that, the further into them they go, the more surreal and less trustworthy their own senses become.
