They include a first ascent of Workman Peak in Pakistan, The first Welsh ascent of Mount Vinson in Antarctica, the guiding of premiership football team manager Tony Pulis and the legend that is ex-England goalkeeper David Seaman during their attempt on Kilimanjaro in the worst conditions on the mountain for five years.
