Walsh examines the dangerous course being taken by the Obama Administration, focusing on the effects on the services and on the nuclear balance not only with Russia and China but such powers as North Korea and Iran. He also discusses the threats to the vital interests of the United States and the capabilities of its most likely adversaries. If present policies are not reversed, he warns, the result could be a major war akin to those of the Twentieth Century, one that America could lose.
