Dana Webber is a twenty-four year old girl who has experienced a lot in her short lifetime. Family problems has led her to move away from her small town in Ohio and see what else life has to offer in a much bigger city known as the City of Angeles. After her decision she has spent the last three years of her life going to school, making new friends and spreading her wings and has done well in her endeavour and she loves her new life. However, Dana has been receiving bizarre phone calls from an anonymous man expressing his fascination for her and how he's been watching her. During all this there have been several murders of women in and around the area where she resides causing her even more grief. She's also noticed a strange car following her while she's at home, work and school and has never seen who the person behind the wheel is.
