The chapters of Section II of the book examines specialized employee benefit plans (such as 401(k) plans and welfare benefit plans) and the ERISA rules governing employee benefit plans in general. The third edition retains the style, format, and teaching and learning goals of the prior editions, but has been updated to reflect changes in the law since 2012.
