The Bible greatly informs every business entrepreneur on numerous issues of building commercial businesses. The primary duties of every business are production and protection. Both duties are simultaneously commanded by God from the very beginning in the Garden of Eden. Indeed, all the parables of Jesus deal with various aspects of productivity and protection, the same concerns of every commercial business. The Bible teaches Biblical capitalism, as opposed to both humanistic capitalism and socialism. Although the Church is central to all productivity and protection efforts of man in God's earth, as illustrated by the centrality of the wilderness tabernacle, the Bible teaches a decentralization of human authority in the earth, including within family, church, government, and commercial business. This Biblical decentralization mandate is rooted in God's institution of marriage. The second law of thermodynamics drives all human empires to eventual failure. Human empire building in family, church, government, and business always leads to destruction and heat death of the engine of productive human society. Only an omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient King can rightly and eternally rule a world empire. The Creator is the ultimate property owner of everything in His earth and His law governs all activities of men, regardless of whether or not they acknowledge that fact.
