Description
This novel is based on an unsolved double murder that happened in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. It's a combination of truth and fiction. The fiction portion is developed around the Sheriff and his relationship with a young woman who turns out to be an identical twin. The twin whom the Sheriff believes is the hitlady, is then killed in an automobile accident. The Sheriff marries the other twin. Several incidents occur during the ensuing years, including another murder, leaving the Sheriff with doubts as to which twin he married and which twin was actually the hitlady...
