This work, the information for which was collected from ancient records, manuscripts, and printed works, consists of a genealogical register, first published in 1829, and contains an alphabetical listing of many of the first settlers, including dates of arrival, the location of settlement, date of birth, date of death, spouses and children, and often includes a biographical sketch of the individual.
