Dr. Short-Clark is on sabbatical from the National Bible College and Seminary where she is an instructor. She is a member of the Temple of Praise, of Washington DC, where she is an Elder, under the leadership of Bishop Glen A. Staples. Dr. Short-Clark is the daughter of Mrs. Arline Short and the late, beloved Mr. Robert H. Short, of St. Mary's County Maryland. Dr. Short-Clark lived and served in ministry, in Philadelphia, PA, for over twenty years. Through the years Dr. Short-Clark has Pastored, preached and taught, and has been tremendously influential in prison ministering of God's Word in Philadelphia. Dr. Short-Clark has travelled throughout the United States, Europe, and Africa, preaching the Word of God.
