循环经济中污染控制的相关机制研究

循环经济中污染控制的研究近年来在国内外层出不穷。从系统动力学、委托代理理论、物质流分析等多角度来研究污染控制的相关机制应该说是一种新的角度和研究尝试。

本书是继《循环经济中外部性控制的相关机制研究》一书后的循环经济机制系列研究之一。外部性分为正外部性和负外部性，污染从这个角度来分类，属于“负外部性”的范畴，因此，《循环经济中外部性控制的相关机制研究》中“负外部性”控制相关的奖惩、激励、外包和监管等模型规范和实证研究，适用于污染控制研究。从而，本书试图从学术角度来探讨污染控制和污水初始排放权的相关机制，如污染控制的奖惩、监督和激励机制，并进行了效果评价。同时，对污水初始排放权的定价机制、经济发展与水环境压力关系等也进行了试探性的规范和实证研究。污染从广义上说，包括水、气、固体、噪声4 大污染和其他种类，本书对这4 大类污染以及噪声、光、放射性污染综合治理进行了综述。
