《中國經濟的病灶》

 2008年金融危機爆發之際，北京發動一系列讓人瞠目結舌的刺激政策，確保經濟引擎轟隆作響。當所有國家的經濟遭到拖累，唯有中國一枝獨秀，頗有“眾人皆醉我獨醒”的姿態，刺激的措施一路延續到2012年權力交接。

中國政府為了好看，刻意操弄2000年至2011年的房價統計，藉此降低通膨數據，製造經濟成功降溫的假象。克里斯多夫‧鮑汀（Christopher Balding）教授在一篇針對中國經濟數據真假的論文當中，點出了有關中國官方捏造事實、對外公布假數字或是灌水的數據來掩蓋經濟畸形發展的現象。

中國就像一台高速 奔跑的賽車，馳騁又威風。然而其使用的是劣質燃料，且將對車體造成傷害，所以不管是中共總書記習近平、總理李克強或其他高級官員都發出信號，直指經濟改革 不能再延宕，他們希望停止刺激、減少地方債務並開展更加自由的市場，主導經濟方針的李克強更被巴克萊資本形容成“李克強經濟學”。

中共三中全會上，習近平更是針對經濟領域一系列病症下了猛藥。
