一旦中國的泡沫破滅，價格超漲程度達世界之最的中國房地產市場也將崩盤，屆時中國最富裕的10% 人口也將隨之跌落谷底，因為多數昂貴的房地產都是掌握在這些人手中，而他們更支配著中國60% 的消費支出，連日常消費品產業都會受創。


中國泡沫可能是現代史上最大的政府驅動型泡沫，而它的崩潰也勢將創下新紀錄。要消化這個過度投資的惡果，可能得花十年以上的時間，但到時候，中國又將掉落人口統計趨勢斷崖，所以，它可能永遠都無緣成為世界最大的經濟體。


現代史上，主要國家從來沒有出現過這麼大的泡沫。
