The area of law that controls the various types of ownership in personal property and real estate is known as property law. Property indicates the legally protected claims to resources like land, personal property and intellectual property. It can be exchanged through contract law. There are two views on property rights. These views are the traditional view and the bundle of rights view. The traditional view believes that there is a core and inherent meaning in the concept of property. The bundle of rights view believes that the owner of the property only has bundle of permissible uses over the property.
