Margie has been writing in her mind for most of her life. You could say she has been telling stories in her mind. She talks through situation, arguments, and various other scenarios in her mind. She mentioned to a friend that she wanted to write. The friend's question made her withdraw. She asked her, "Do you have something to say?" She thought, "Who am I to have anything to say? I am not a scholar. I have not done anything outstanding. I guess I have nothing to say." Little did she know that there is a lot to share. Sometimes people need to know that someone has lived through the same problems and came out okay. She said the situation doesn't have to be huge to be important to the individual. Little things can be very helpful too. Also, humor goes a long way. After writing her first story, she decided to share it with a friend. Her friend laughed and told her she could almost see the story being played out. She told her that she should get it published. She thought no one would want to publish just a short story. However, they might consider a group of stories. So the quest began. All of the stories are about real people with real lives. Some are simply observations by Margie, a real person.
