《黑幕與後台》: 天津和上海

“天津幫”是中共政壇中的一個特殊群體，行事相當低調，專注於天津這塊小天地的經營，不像“上海幫”那樣氣焰囂張、四處插手，因此在中共派系鬥爭中左右逢源，如魚得水。

然而，2015年8月12日晚，天津濱海新區發生的大爆炸，成了中共建政以來規模最大損失最慘重的爆炸事件。毫無疑問，這是一場震驚世界的人禍。大爆炸正引發一場對天津官場的大清算，然而這場大清算觸及中共權力核心，五大常委在津門都有自己的心腹或利益代言人。

眼前中共高層所面臨的，並不是查不查大爆炸的人禍起因，而是能否徹底清算天津官場的問題。清算天津，就會觸及中共權貴家族和利益保護人，就會曝光更多的高層斂財內幕。

對中共最高領導人習近平而言，隱瞞災情、影響救災布署、令中央陷於被動和尷尬境地的天津政府，已經到了非收拾不可的地步，到了必須徹底清算的時刻。但是，最後的結果必然是，推出幾隻替罪羊而已。

幾個月前，2014年12月31日新年前夜，在上海市黃浦區外灘陳毅廣場舉行的激光秀跨年活動因人群擁擠發生踩踏事件，造成了36死49傷的人間慘劇，海內外為之譁然。

最後呢，真正的責任人逍遙法外。因為後台是江澤民。
