《習近平這一步，李克強下一步》: 中國經濟卡在政治上

中國的經濟增長在放緩，而政治上卻走向集權。中國究竟要走向何方？中國現行的政治體制是否會崩潰？

理解中國經濟的關鍵是中國政治。對於中國政府來說，經濟改革等於減少對經濟的管控，也等於共產黨執政合法性面臨風險。因此，中國領導人會持續不斷地試驗，以確定做到多大程度的管制放鬆，同時又不至於影響對權力的掌控。

習近平才是改革最終的決策者。姑且不說習近平懂多少經濟，即便是精通，也得看他對中國經濟轉型期產生的風險和動盪有多大的承受力。

現在看來，習近平在下大注。然而，中國股市實際上是個不講規矩的地下賭場，而所謂“一帶一路”，更是將中國資金和人力丟進國際黑洞。

另一方面，負責經濟的李克強當個權力分量更小的小媳婦國務院總理，或轉任委員長之外，李克強未來面臨的選擇還有第三種可能性：成為下任總書記。這是李克強第二次有機會成為中共總書記。看來，被擠到牆角的李克強實際上並不是那麼弱小。
