《正在結束的中國奇蹟》

Description

中國經濟情勢可謂多災多難，諸如股市摜破低點、人民幣重挫、經濟增速破七、貿易額大跌9％、美聯儲加息等一系列利空消息，都使得硬著陸的傳言甚囂塵上。有鑑於遲遲無法消弭市場表現與指標之間的差距，現在該是北京高層檢討“放衛星”陋習的時刻了，否則盲目追求GDP數字的虛幻，代價恐怕只是重演日本信貸危機。

北京當局並非不思進取，而是立場曖昧。舉凡對國企放鬆管控、打擊影子銀行、營造私營部門活力、邁向綠色產業等方案都被寄予厚望，但礙於現階段“保GDP”不易，官方選擇暫緩改革。顯然中國政府尚未認清信用風險所在，仍天真以為顧全流動性就可防堵信貸危機。

另一方面，中共的反腐卻使中國商人安全感盡失。一家大證券公司的董事長多日杳無音訊，不見蹤跡；一位電影製片商的高管突然傳出涉嫌受賄，遭到當局拘留；另一家公司的負責人則在幾個月的失聯後，又重新出現在公眾面前。

上述這些故事並非犯罪小說裡的懸疑情節，而是過去一年內，在中國境內的證券交易所中不斷上演的真實案例。

習近平政府不斷對外宣示自己提振經濟的決心，但實際上其所作所為全是反其道而行。

振興經濟和打擊貪腐並非不能齊頭並進，關鍵在於當局應打造一個透明公開的制度與環境，才能與企業重新建立互信基礎。
