There are many general titles on landscape photography, but few that really tackle the issue of composition in great depth. AUTHOR: Mark Bauer (www.markbauerphotography.com) is rapidly establishing a reputation as one of the UK's leading landscape photographers, renowned for his evocative images of his home county of Dorset and other locations throughout south-west England. He is a regular contributor to the UK photographic press, currently writing for Digital SLR magazine, Photography Monthly and Landscape Photography magazine. He shoots stock images for various agencies, including the fine art image library Trevillion Images. He has written three books (one that he co-authored with Ross Hoddinott), and is also a multi-award winner in the prestigious Landscape Photographer of the Year competition and in 2011 was a category winner in the Outdoor Photographer of the Year competition. He has enjoyed multiple successes in the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition and in 2008 was on the judging panel.
