Nos sociétés sont devenues très crisogènes. La gestion de ces crises est un véritable enjeu pour les territoires qui ont souvent des solutions différentes, que ce soit avant, pendant ou après la crise. Il découle souvent de ces crises une forme d’inertie territoriale. Cependant certains innovent, imaginent des territoires renouvelés, préparent la reconstruction, voire recomposent dès maintenant les territoires, afin de les rendre plus résilients. Gestion des crises territoriales explore les crises et les modalités d’anticipation, de gestion et de reconstruction. Il cerne cette notion largement mobilisée et explicite les modalités d’action dans le champ de la gestion des crises, afin de penser un continuum risque-crise-développement territorial. L’ouvrage questionne aussi les différentes formes d’apprentissage proposées pour mieux affronter les crises futures. Il invite enfin à analyser les ressources en appui à la gestion des crises et à la reconstruction pour concevoir des stratégies territoriales à venir. La crise peut en effet être le moteur ou l’accélérateur de ces changements et contribuer à l’émergence de nouvelles pratiques, voire de nouvelles utopies urbaines et territoriales.
