India is transforming, but this transformation is beyond data and statistics. It is taking place in the thinking, ideas, goals, philosophy and overall feeling among people. When people are experiencing a transformation, this is true transformation. No survey can capture this transformation. The process of transformation should enable a better lives for the masses. This book is prepared by me on the basis of experiences of common people. I invite readers to share their ideas, comments, experiences and enable me to revive and expand this book. This book is a book in preparation. As you write to me, this book will get more contents and will be able to represent the common peoples' ideas. As against conventional books, this book doesn't contain data, statistics and tables. This book is simple and presents the facts in plain terms and written in simple language. The book should reach more and more people and enable them to share their experiences. Please share with me your reactions and experiences at [email protected] so that I may represent you and your thoughts. A person has risen to become the prime minister from grass root level and if such a person is able to introduce policies and practices for the benefit of common people, it should not be a matter of surprise. However, the much awaited participation of common people in development of their own country has come as a new thing and this is something that was expected for a long time.
