Written to enable students to test with speed and accuracy whether they have a sound working knowledge of the main principles of constitutional law and the leading cases. One of a series of multiple choice tests (MCTs), this book, contains two MCTs, each one comprising 60 questions. Each MCT should be completed in two and a half hours, which gives two and a half minutes per question. When the tests have been completed the student is advised to look at the answers and identify weaknesses and gaps in their knowledge. This book also focuses on current debates and issues and is intended as an effective aid to revision.
