Description
The aim of this work is to take the main elements of land law and explain each in a systematic way. It shows how different elements of land law conbine and interrelate. The book also explains the amount of often confusing specialist language and jargon associated with law. by the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and by the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995, some of the important changes introduced by the Land Registration Act 1997 and the Housing Act 1996, and the changes made by the Treasure Act 1996.
