He refused to give himself up and stand trial for fear he would not receive a fair trial in Issac "Hanging Judge" Parker's court in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Soon he became known as one of the most notorious outlaws in Indian Territory. Finally he was blasted out of his home with dynamite and killed. Was he guilty of the crimes of which he was accused?
