Initiative #21 December 2005 i FOREWORD Some of the material included here draws on a discussion paper prepared for a working group of the International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA) to help in consideration of how the network might encourage more extensive involvement of patients in health technology assessment.
