In particular, the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, and further changes to the law as a result of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012, the Criminal Procedure Rules 2015 and the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 are considered.
