One of the original employees of WCHK, he remained there for 40 years advancing from "gofer" to General Manager. Dozens of humorous stories, including a fan letter from an inmate of Atlanta's federal penitentiary, raids on moonshine stills and a high school majorette dropping her flaming baton which set the grass afire during a football game, make this book enjoyable reading.
