Poetry is the interpretive dance of the writing world. You can express yourself freely and beautifully, and illustrate exactly who you are through verse. This is the story of an autistic woman who's home life went completely sideways in 2013 when she found out her then-husband had been molesting her daughter, (his step-daughter) under her nose for the past 8 years. Because of the disclosure, her three young sons were taken from her and placed in the care of her ex-in-laws. She trusted them implicitly, however when push came to shove, their loyalties laid with their son, and she was not allowed contact with her sons. Meanwhile, her daughter looked to the author for the guidance and support she so desperately wanted, thus somewhat repairing the rift between them. Somewhat. Some of the poetry in this book just reflects the unique views of the author, politically, religiously and philosophically.
