Agreement to promote co-operation and co-ordination between the governments of Quebec and Canada in implementing measures intended to stimulate forestry development and to increase the economic impact of forestry activity in Quebec. Sets out objectives to increase the available supply of wood, to bring back into production public and private forest lands (including federal lands) in Quebec, and to encourage applied forest research activities. Outlines fund allocation.
