Et il y a aussi cet homme qui veut se venger de lui. Les souvenirs de son enfance à Paris, de sa vie à Montréal et de cette fameuse journée d’avril 1770 à Québec lui reviennent en mémoire et, avec eux, les fantômes oubliés du passé. Dans ce second tome de L’Homme de l’ombre, nous découvrons avec délice un Québec peu connu, un Québec divisé entre les Américains et les Britanniques.
