Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht Nadine Klass, welche Grunde zur Zunahme von Realitatsfernsehen gefuhrt haben, welche Gefahrdungspotentiale fur die Menschenwurde und das Personlichkeitsrecht der Protagonisten sowie unbeteiligter Dritter bestehen, welche Moglichkeiten der Staat hat, regulierend und schutzend einzugreifen und welche Bedeutung dem selbstbestimmten Handeln der Teilnehmer zukommt. Vor allem wird geklart, ob ein Menschenwurdeverstoss bei freiwilligem Handeln uberhaupt denkbar ist und welche Schutzrichtungen die Menschenwurde hat. Die Autorin untersucht auch, welchen Schutz das Personlichkeitsrecht den Beteiligten bietet bzw. welche Grenzen es ihnen setzt und welche Anforderungen an die Wirksamkeit einer zivilrechtlichen Einwilligung zu stellen sind.
