English summary: The high costs of enforcing an eviction judgement can be a serious obstacle for the creditor trying to enforce the judgement. For this reason several eviction methods have been developed which deviate from the expensive eviction proceedings stipulated by law. Friederike Schwieren examines the legitimacy and efficiency of these methods developed by the judiciary to reduce the costs of an eviction and discusses the constitutional limits to the creditor's monetary burden in the light of effective legal protection. German description: Die hohen Kosten einer Raumungsvollstreckung stellen eine nicht zu unterschatzende Hurde fur den vollstreckenden Glaubiger dar. Aus diesem Grund sind in der Praxis bereits mehrere Raumungsmodelle entwickelt worden, die durch eine Abweichung vom gesetzlich geregelten Raumungsverfahren zu einer Kostensenkung fuhren sollen. Friederike Schwieren untersucht diese Kostensenkungsmodelle hinsichtlich ihrer Vereinbarkeit mit dem geltenden Recht sowie ihrer Praktikabilitat fur den Glaubiger. Insbesondere das in der Praxis weit verbreitete Berliner Modell wird einer kritischen Analyse unterzogen. Im Anschluss diskutiert die Autorin die verfassungsrechtlichen Grenzen einer Kostenbelastung des Raumungsglaubigers vor dem Hintergrund seines Anspruchs auf effektiven Rechtsschutz und unterbreitet einen Reformvorschlag fur eine effektivere Raumungsvollstreckung de lege ferenda.
